No chemicals are used on our property. We do not use chemicals in our garden, our yard, or in our trees - fruit, pine, or oak trees. These ornaments are sprayed in a finish to lock in the shine and this will also allow them to last many many years. The pinecone ornaments are available on our site in options of 2, 6, or 12 (they are less expensive per ornament the more you buy).
